Go to www.qualpay.com
Click Login, located at the top right of the page.
Enter your username and password in the provided fields. Then click Sign In.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an extra security step you complete when you sign in, in addition to your password. MFA is required for all Merchant Manager users starting October 26, 2026.
You will be prompted to select your MFA method (if you have more than one set up) and enter your MFA code. After entering your MFA information, click Sign In.
If you have not set up MFA, you will be prompted to do so the next time you sign in. You cannot access your account until setup is complete.
Note: Users inactive for 90+ days must reset their password before they can log in.
