Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA, is an additional layer of security for logging in to the Qualpay platform.
If you enable MFA for your Qualpay user, you will be required to enter your login credentials as the first step in the security process. Next, you will enter the unique time-based code provided by a separate system, which is the second security level. How often you are required to use MFA depends on the frequency you designate.
You will also be required to use MFA if you attempt to log in from an unknown device. Known devices that haven't been used in over a year will be forgotten.
There are three MFA security options available: SMS Authentication, Security Key / Biometric, or Virtual Authenticator. You may choose any combination of the three MFA security options for your user login.
