Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA, is an additional level of security for logging into the Qualpay platform.
If you turn on MFA for your Qualpay user, you will be required to enter your user login and password as the first level of security. Next, you will enter the unique time-based code given to you by a separate system that is the second security level. How often you are required to use MFA depends on the frequency you designate.
You will also be required to use MFA if you attempt to log in from an unknown device. Known devices that haven't been used in over a year will be forgotten.
There are three MFA security choices available to use: SMS Authentication, YubiKey One-Time Password, or Virtual Authenticator. You may choose any combination of the three MFA security options for your user login.
