Click on the down arrow at the top right of the page, then click on User Profile.
In the left-hand side menu, select Security. In the Security Key / Biometric section of the page, click Add Key.
In the Register Security Key pop-up window, enter a name for your credentials in the Credential Name field, then click Register Key.
Depending on your OS and the security features available on your computer, you will need to follow specific steps to add a supported hardware security key, fingerprint reader, or device PIN via WebAuthn.
After completing the add process, you will see that the status has changed from Inactive to Active, and it will show the date/time when the authentication method was added.
Adding Security Key / Biometric Authentication to your Qualpay user requires you to use your Security Key / Biometric in addition to your user login and login password when you log into the Qualpay site. How often you are required to enter the authentication code at login can be changed on the user profile Security page.
