Click on the down arrow at the top right of the page, then click on User Profile.
In the left-hand side menu, select Security. In the SMS Authentication section of the page, click Update.
Enter the 10-digit mobile phone number where you would like the SMS text messages to go (standard message and data rates may apply). Then click Send Verification Code.
Click Send Verification Code on the pop-up window to confirm.
A verification code will be immediately texted to your mobile phone at the number you provided.
Enter that code into the Qualpay site in the box provided.
Click Attach SMS Authentication.
You will see that the status has changed from Inactive to Active, and it will show the date/time when the authentication method was added.
Adding SMS Authentication to your Qualpay user requires you to enter a 6-digit code sent to your phone via SMS message in addition to your user login and password when you log into the Qualpay site. How often you are required to enter the authentication code at login can be changed on the user profile Security page.
