Release A Card On Hold

Go to Reports and then select Card ID Report.

Releasing a card from hold means that the card will be sent to the card brands for an update in the next account updater harvest.

To release a card from hold:   

1. Select the filter icon, then click AU Harvestable and select No to view the list of all the cards that are on hold.  
2. Click on the Release button in the table next to the card, to release from hold.
