To review your NOC updates, go to Reports and select Notifications of Change.
The ACH Network provides the Notifications of Change, or NOCs, for ACH Payment transactions. The purpose of an NOC is to notify you that something about your customer's bank account has changed. For example, if your customer's bank routing number changes, you may receive an NOC. Usually, your transaction is accepted as-is; however, you are expected to correct the information for subsequent transactions.
If you use the Qualpay Customer Vault or Card Vault, we automatically update the stored card ID when we receive the NOC. The automated NOC update to the information ensures your card IDs are ready to use for any future transactions.
If you are not using the Qualpay Customer or Card Vaults, the NOC update information must be completed manually. Depending on your software setup, you must update your customer's ACH Payment information locally or in an external 3rd party software.
