Mail Delivery Failure is a user task which is generated when Qualpay has received a permanently bounced email notification from a user's email account.
To complete the Mail Delivery Failure user task, enter a working email address for your user access, making sure there are no typos or spelling errors.
Once you have entered the email address, click Request Verification. An email with a verification code will be automatically sent to the email address provided.
Enter the verification code from the email in the verification field on the screen, then click Verify Address.
